Rebel Mid City – Click & Collect Available

I would rate this store no stars if I could. I went there last Friday to return a pair of sneakers. I had worn them once. The manager of the store and the other customer service representative were very rude. They did not let me exchange or refund the shoes. They said they were "thrashed and scuffed" and it looked like I had worn them multiple times. It was very much uncalled for. The shoes were very painful and they would dig into my feet and hence I needed to exchange them.

Anyway two days after I went to the store in Macquarie centre and the staff were absolutely lovely. They were sympathetic to my problem with the shoes and after examining the shoes they said it was totally fine for me to see if there were some other shoes I could exchange them for. So this proves that the city store needs better staff. the staff there should be sacked.

Staff are unhelpful and lazy, Telling me a product that's not in stock is not available anywhere in Sydney. Meanwhile I got to George St store and guess what I found. Stop being lazy and do your job properly.

Tried shopping here Sunday had the worst service in fact am struggling to say the word service would even apply. A man of Asian appearance asked "you right?" whilst chewing gum loudly with an open mouth. We asked for a particular size shoe and he returned with a box he slid on the floor and walked off! No help with fitting or features. He Spent more time chatting with staff. Walked out. Seriously poor performance Rebel.

Service was great. I prefer this location opposed to the one across the street.

Bought a jersey here, exchanged actually. Staff was helpful even though I didn't have a receipt because it was a gift

Best place to get any sporting gear you need. Very well stocked with good prices.

Great variety of equipment and sporting gear. I had great service. Prices are not terribly competitive.
