Helpful staff, good layout of store. Unfortunately doesn't have the shoe selections that some of the bigger stores have.

Unnecessarily complex, and probably illegal, system of returning products which don't do what they are supposed to. Otherwise, good service.

Horrified today we entered the store and an assistance came to assist us with getting a shoe for one of my children. He got the shoe undid the laces and left it up to my 9 year old to put the shoe on, check if it fitted properly ect. When I inquired about the service he told me that we arent allowed to touch childrens feet. We walked out...what shoe store does this...
