He brings the benefit of an MBA and extensive business and management training alongside a degree in Psychology and numerous clinical qualifications focused on relationships, conflict resolution and mental health.

Helen is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Child Consultant, Counsellor and qualified Trainer. She has extensive experience in helping people to have difficult conversations in both workplace and family contexts. Her background as a change management consultant enables her to understand the broader organisational context to workplace conflicts.
