Diploma qualified remedial massage therapist based in Sydney's Northern Beaches and working part time at Momentum Physiotherapy and Health Services Mosman.

Specialised in Sports and Rehabilitation Massage.
Services also include Remedial massage, Lymphatic drainage, Therapeutic and relaxation.

Remedial Massage to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management. A range of manual therapy techniques may be employed in treatment, such as deep connective tissue massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Techniques, Direct and Indirect Myofascial Techniques.

Sports Massage to treat and prevent injuries, improve recovery, flexibility and endurance, and enhance the performance of athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

Therapeutic or relaxation massage to promote well being, improve sleep, treat anxiety and tension, and enhance a range of body functions such as circulation.

Lymphatic drainage to support and enhance the primary care of clients whose lymphatic system has been compromised by a variety of chronic or acute illnesses.

I am currently based at Momentum Physiotherapy and Health Services at Mosman on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
