Putual and flexible as i was a little late getting packed and the removalist were not stressed out waiting on me and even helped pack my possessions when i got overwhelmed and were in high spirits even when they carried my big old piano up stairs just for me to change my mind later and ask them to bring it back down again .other companies when getting quotes outrighty refused to move it up steps and suggested that I get separate perfessional piano mover i looked not cheap .Stuart moved all my possessions including my badly packed fragile stuff intact admittedly not the cheapest but you pay peanuts you get monkey's how important are your possessions to you .maybe your pay a bit a more for the move but not having anything damaged or worst case scenario broken priceless and that was a real worrie for me now i not worried about moving in the future as long as stuart and his excellent staff are on my next move might even let them pack for me next time .ps even put my beds up for my family after the job was finished in there time as i misplaced my tools during the move Champions best move ever .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
