Red Mango Patisserie

Bought a cake from here this morning - and found it to be inedible. The manager was great on the phone - offering a refund if i returned the item - however when i got there he was not around, and the staff were not helpful, did not offer and refund and were rude. Will never go there again.

One of the best BLTs I've ever had - just right with the brioche bun and aioli. Friendly staff and a nice feel overlooking the plaza. Coffee was perfect.

The cakes didn't have signage so I needed someone to tell me what each was. The lady serving walked away after each question which was odd, I was obviously trying to buy one. She seemed to prefer singing and chatting to her colleagues than serve. I bought a large white chocolate mud cake which was over $50, very basically decorated and it was so dry it was maybe a mud cake a week ago. Poor service, over priced, terrible product.

Disappointed and upset with my experience. I order a cake yesterday for pick up today but when I arrived they hadn’t ordered it. They didn't seem to be too worried about either, very insincere. They only had 2 cakes left and none suitable for a 13 year old who requested a mud cake for his birthday party. One upset boy and one pissed off mother having to search for another before tomorrow morning. Not what I needed on a Friday afternoon. Thanks Red Mango.

The red velvet cake is awesome.. but the sales person was horrible.

Cakes are awesome in this shop, but the 2 sales persons were rude n not friendly at all. I don't get. Ages for free, I pay it. I will and inform friends to avoid just for this reason

A lovely and courteous customer service over the counter. Resh his name was. Had enquire about ordering a cake for marketing events. He is responsive, informative, lovely to deal with. Cake prices are competitive too. Cakes display were mouth watering, clean and fresh looking.
