Hi, my name is Dan Thomas, proprietor of Red Zone Fitness, my goal as your Personal /Group trainer is to get you to your goal and beyond while keeping our session's new, fun and surprising, whilst not losing sight of the original goal set.
The Certificates I have worked for to enhance my knowledge and your training include the CrossFit Cert. 1 Trainers cert, TRX Suspension Training, Fitness Institute Australia Certs, 3 and 4, Australian Boxing Association Coach's Cert. World Muay Thai Council Referee and Judges Cert. numerous punchfit certs and over 10 years experience competing in Thai Boxing /Boxing as a fighter, trainer and cornerman.
