I recently completed the Mental to Magic program. I was looking for something to kick start me into a place of peace and wellness and this was the perfect place to do it! Mel, you are and have such amazing people working with you that make such a difference to peoples lives in so many different ways. Thankyou for creating a space that has now become my happy place!

5 stars for this amazing place. This is my home away from home and my other family. Mel, Bel, Holly and the team are highly motivating, super friendly and very passionate. I love the range of classes from a crazy HIIT class with Mel or Bel to a soothing yoga with Holly and everything in between. Great massage therapists and naturopaths on site. Stay for a herbal tea and a chat after class or for some advice, they are always happy to help. Love love love the Sanctuary 😍

Redhead Wellness Sanctuary is my happy place. Such a positive vibe. It is a non judgemental. Great combination of classes with instructors who motivate you to be the best you can be. You are always greeted at reception with a smile and anything can be done for you. Love love love the Sanctuary
