Today was my first time here with my family - some of who have been here previously and have had an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately today the service was absolutely terrible, it took over an hour for each dish to arrive and we had to keep asking where our food was. It for a little ridiculous especially seeing as we had 5 young children with us who had to contain themselves in a restaurant for over 3 hours... Today we were celebrating my niece's 9th birthday as well as an early Xmas due to family being away on Xmas day.. as a result.of your poor service we were not able.to make the most of our day and go for a swim at the beach as anticipated.. also we were underwhelmed by the apology we received and were given a few poor excuses. A sincere apology with some kind of compensation such as free desserts would have sufficed. The food was delicious.. just a shame the service was not on par with the food... very far from it in fact.

Always good. Professional yet warm service. Highly recommend if you have the chance. Views are stunning even when not 100% clear weather.

Booked this restaurant for a dinner meal, however was told (despite calling 24 hours in advance) no window seats are available, we were seated along the middle, with limited views behind a pillar, staff were rude and slow. Food was average for the price and took longer than expected. Overall I would not return anytime soon, especially with the costs involved for such an unimpressive dinner.

Beautiful restaurant. Great service. Delicious food, but slightly limited menu in my opinion. Very large wine and drinks menu though!

The staff were great and friendly, the food was amazing and the view is fantastic! The coffee is a little weak but it's easily overcome by getting a double shot. Try the aged beef and the mixed oysters!
Some may find the portions small for the price though so I had to drop a star for that.

Beautiful location, lovely staff. Porridge was incredible. Steer clear of the breakfast tacos - it is very water and soggy.

Wonderful experience. The service and food was terrific. Obviously new owners as far better than it was a few years ago.

Had a very enjoyable lunch at the reef restaurant. The view of the ocean/beaches etc from our table was fantastic and the friendliness and service of the staff could not be faltered. Take a jumper as it may get windy. Notwithstanding we will certainly go back again

Amazing view from the big windows - beautiful even with the rain! We got the 49$ two course menu w/glass of wine and shared an appetizer, two main and one dessert (for 2pax) and it was a perfectly filling meal. Atmosphere was nice, service was good and everything we ordered was really tasty! Ordered: beetroot, salmon, beef, lemon tart.
