Beautiful Scotts Head - it is a great park with spotless amenities and perfect location. But as it is not necessarily the pet friendly parks problem, it is ours.

The Park rules state you can't leave your pet unattended in your caravan; I totally agree with that BUT you can only go on the beach between 5:30pm and 8:30am and then your dog must be on a lead. I also agree that you can't have dogs running around in amongst people at the beach.

PROBLEM: What do you do all day, nothing! These council rules need to include a leash free area at the north end of the park as not everyone can walk to the West Street access. With valuables in our vehicle I would never park at these places and no, we can't leave our equipment in the van! Council rules need some flexibility as they contradict each other. This is a Council Park isn't it?
