We are qualified to help you improve your welfare through considered and tailored advice on your personal exercise program. We can be your confidential Personal Trainer, Coach, health Mentor or Adviser. We cover the entire Eurobodalla area, from Batemans Bay, through Tomakin to Moruya, although our Health Spa facilities are located at Malua Bay and Broulee. Our classes are flexible but based around some very proven approaches based in Pilates, Gentle Circuit, Box Fit and Yoga. We can help you with your Rehabilitation.
