Worst experience ever. I got there 6.32pm after calling to inform I would be there in 10mins. Lady at reception called Dr to check if he would take another patient and he refused. Receptionist said Dr refused to see us since their last appointment is at 6.30. Dr was with a patient and had one waiting. Seriously no quality of health care, not caring and not friendly. Turning away sick child with more than 20mins time to close is lame.

Inconsistent. My doctor is only available on saturdays, I have been able to book and appointment with him many times. Now the front desk say they will not let me book on a saturday, and it has always been there policy.

I find my experience with this clinic is based on whom you get to see. Dr G is pleasant while Dr H is usually grumpy. I wonder sometimes if he needs to take a vacation more often, or take a happy pill? If you are dealing with the public day in and out you need to try and smile every once in a while!!

Dr Sayed Haideri is a great Doctor, he has treated me for over 5 years now with complete satisfaction. I would recommend him to others.

After waiting 45 minutes to see a doctor, was skipped and then told to wait longer. Very disappointed, also with only one doctor on it would have been nice to have been informed of this before making me wait 45 minutes. Wont be going back.

Dr Sayed Haideri is one of the worse doctors I have ever encountered. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. I went in with my partner because it is right across the road from our house. I asked him if he could order a full blood test for my partner. He laughed in my face and said "unless you're over 45, you do not need to get a full blood test". I proceeded to tell him that I have had a history of high cholesterol and just wanted to check that my partner's health was fine too. He proceeded to tell me that "there is no point getting a blood test unless you're on medication for your cholesterol". What a joke of a doctor. Not only did he waste our time but the way he talked to us was so condescending and unprofessional. I definitely wont be coming back and I suggest that you don't either. Better off going to the medical centres down the road. I would give this place and this doctor a rating of less than 1 if I could.
