I had a first time consultation with this clinic and following it I was pressured by the Dr I saw to book another appointment with a different doctor to have the procedures we discussed done (which seemed strange) I found the consultation to be extremely brief and I was not provided with much information on the actual procedures I wanted. I was instead treated to a 20 minute chat about a range of much more expensive treatments that I did not want or need. After deciding to cancel the appointment I had to ask the incredible rude receptionist for my deposit back (she didn't offer) and tried to keep it for credit. I told her I was not interested and just wanted it back. Several days later I called to follow up as it had still not been processed by my bank (who I checked with ahead of the call) and was met with the same sassy receptionist who told me she would check with "admin" to follow up. The tone and delivery of this girl is next level. I would never recommend dealing with this company. Not only are the staff rude and incompetent but more even more importantly I would not put my face in the hands of a Dr that struggles to explain a basic procedure. Something suss about this place. Oh I also haven't got the refund back. Good luck.

I would give zero stars if possible. Always doing the hard sell, always trying to sell you more (expensive) treatments, and finding/pointing out MORE and more imperfections on your face. They specifically use this tactic to make you feel worse about yourself and to try and suck you into handing over MORE of your money. Absolutely disgusting.

Had my consultation a few weeks ago and everyone was so amazing. I felt so confident in them and immediately booked in for Belkyra treatments. My first treatment was tonight and i was so nervous but the girls immediately made me feel at ease and were just so lovely. The doctor administering the belkyra was really understanding of my anxiety and was just so gentle. It was a bearable pain and they were so fast with the ice pack that it settled so fast, and i didn't feel at all like i was getting rushed out at all. I couldn't stop gushing to the lovely ladies about what a positive experience it had been and i am really looking forward to my next treatment. I have so much trust in this clinic. I could not recommended them more!!!

After searching for a while for the right skin clinic to help with my pigmentation I booked a deep sea peel for $250. I explained that I wanted my skin to peel with the aim was to reduce my pigmentation. I was told to buy $250 worth of "pre-treatment" products - which is fine so I did. I went in for the peel and the lady was nice, however it only lasted for 10 minutes (not including photos taken etc). I tried to be optimistic thinking that I haven't had this before and this was how it was done. A week went by and I had no peeling. Not even one flake of skin fell off. I followed all the after care instructions, stayed out of the sun and still nothing happened. I emailed to say I wasn’t happy and they just told me that “everyone is different” and it wasn’t guaranteed to peel (even though I specifically said I wanted my skin to peel). They got me to come back in and gave me a complimentary light treatment and some other lower dose peel. 1 week later I broke out over my t-zone and now have a rash on my upper lip. I had booked a follow up peel after the complimentary one; however after experiencing dissapointment a second time with their services I will not be going back. The price isn’t a problem if it works, however I feel as though I have wasted mine here.

Amazing place and great people.
I have been going for the last 6 months and have has the most dramatic changes ever.
I have had bad acne my whole life and scars are visible.
With the treatments I have been having my acne has reduced dramatically. and scarring has reduced.
I know it would not have been possible without the treatments and change in daily routine that was recommended by the specialists at the Facial Rejuvenation Clinic.

I visited Rejuvenation Clinics of Australia for treatment for Rosacea. The results after just one treatment were amazing. I have now had four treatments and my skin continues to improve. Spider veins virtually disappeared. People have commented on how much younger I appear. My consultants Sally and Kirsten have been fantastic, always explaining treatments. They also always follow up after procedures for feedback. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Rejuvenation Clinics of Australia to anyone who has skin issues.

She came into th e room with five different products and went through them all. I wanted Fraxel originally. When I asked her if I was required to buy these today she asked me what I meant. Pretty obvious the free consult is not one. She ended it there and said the consult was over. She was only a sales girl with thin skin. If she cannot handle one person asking a question then she needs to be non customer facing. The receptionist was as equally rude to me as I was leaving and gave me a half smartarsed comment as I was entering the lift. It was no wonder there was nobody there.

Dr Kevin Koh was professional and extremely empathetic. He is very reassuring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

They sell you a solution then when they notice you nearing the end, they get you in for a FREE followup.
They will target your doubts fears and loosk to ensure you pay them to fix anything that is aging you.
I wasted a lot of money trying to fix my snoring and it never worked. They then stated it was because of my "turkey Neck" as stated by the boss and could be fixed for between 8-12k. Felt annoyed no one mentioned during initial consultations.
I wasted over 8k trying laser snore therapy. They rely heavily on a vibrating anti snore neck bracelet. The sales pitches are very rehearsed and sales team will take as much money as they can from you. Playing on your doubts.

Wonderful clinic with extremely helpful and knowledgeable team.
