Reliance Gp Super Clinic - West Gosford

Dr Shimaa Serour is by far the best doctor on the coast especially for women. She is extremely caring, thorough and actually cares about the well being of her patients. Please keep her there Reliance! The only negative thing I can say about the clinic is they turn over doctors far too much. Otherwise, fantastic.

One day we had our daughter's temperature went above 39 and we went to the clinic to have a throat swab taken as was advised by specialists from the Children Hospital. They said antibiotics are not required in our case.
The clinic's GP said that he is not going to just take a swab since there is a procedure which advises antibiotics have to be prescribed. He asked whether we saw ENT specialist. I said no and tried to explain him our situation - that we don't need antibiotics. It seemed he didn't want to spend time with us and listen. He didn't look at our daughter's throat. Basically after around two minutes of "conversation" he said if we don't like the way he works, we can go to another doctor. We walked out from his room and went to the clinic's reception to ask for another GP. Soon after the GP came from his room and asked the receptionists not to make appointments for our daughter in the clinic. We had to go. Really bad attitude. All we wanted is to have a throat swab taken by a GP.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Reliance GP Clinic, I have 2 babies and they are always very thorough with them even picking up on things not related to why I have brought them in. I would highly recommend Dr Ban and Dr Fam they are both amazing.

they advertised they were open til 10pm, we tried to book an appointment much earlier than this by phone (no answer, by the app which doesn't work) that evening obviously because it wasn't an emergency at that point. So we drove there because we couldn't get through.
They we closed.
The after hours mobile number was switched off. We go there all the time.
I was informed informed 3 days later they are having a trial of closing at 6pm but do not think to change the hours advertised so patients can make alternate arrangements. So we went to emergency to see the clinic doctor. By the time we were seen by the hospital clinic hours later my child was admitted into emergency. This could have been avoided. I have complained to them about the mis information but they haven't responded they still haven't updated their hours anywhere on on the web or Facebook.

This is not a review on the practice. But on the booking an appointment. I called to book an appointment was told to do it on the app or website. Neither of which would work. After about an hour or so of trying I finally got the website to work. It then asked if I was going to need a 10 or 20 minute appointment. How the hell am I supposed to know. Here's an idea. When I ring for an appointment. Book me an appointment!!!! Real simple stuff that has worked for decades!!!!

Best medical centre in gosford area by Far! Book an appointment, no waiting. Better than sitting at wyoming medical centre for 8 hrs waiting to see a doctor...

Was seen by Dr Daoud.. wonderful Dr. Kind caring and efficient.. highly recommend.

Came here as we needed a prescription filled in holidays. Receptionist completely ignored us for two or three minutes before even acknowledging we were there. We were then informed there was no availability to see ANY doctors until 8.45pm the following night. Receptionist rudely shoved the info form into our hands and instructed us to come back when it was filled in.
Disgusted with the lack of people skills, we sought an appointment elsewhere the same afternoon. When I phoned to cancel our appointment I was told it didn't exist. Not even an apology that our appointment had gone missing!!
I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

Pleased to give 5 stars here for excellent after hours service. Staff from entry to exit were very friendly and professional. Thank you especially to Dr Grace .... there must be a better way to spend a Sunday night 😉
