I have stored my belongings with you for 13 years, and I find the staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions or problems I have had.

Clean and easy access

It does what I want and stores my "stuff". A little on the expensive side.

fairly easy sign on process - easy access - but would prefer a more Human approach to the way rates are raised. Sending an email - does not constitute " we told you " - especially when followed up with a "why have you not paid the increase " - simple - I had not know about it.

Why "do I love this place"? Simple: What you see, and what you pay for is exactly what you receive - unfortunately, this is an increasingly diminshing commodity in relation to many goods and services. So... I LOVE that.
As a bonus the staff are obviously well selected and experienced, and genuinely friendly and very helpful.
