Went there on my way through for a Thermostat which trade price I would normally pick up for $48 bucks. These clowns charged me $119 for the same cheap Stant aftermarket unit. Sadly I had no choice as I was driving from Sydney to Melb and the one in my car had failed causing overheating.

Thinking I may be wrong I checked with my local Repco Store when I got back to Melbourne on the price and yes, price was $48.50 with the Retail Price only around the $70 mark.

Understand that in a rural location that some items may be a little more expensive but hell, 3 times the price.......

Was always told that Repco stands for Rip Every Poor Customer Off but now I sure know it. Cheaper to get towed back to Sydney next time

Useless, went in to get a wiper blades but stood at the front bench for ages before I had to go find the lady who was sitting back talking on a phone instead of serving people physically inside the store. Got the impression when I asked about wiper blades that it was my problem. Wouldn't reccomend. See attached photo of empty service desk.

Shocking. Asked for a part for my car, didnt even tell them what part and they said they couldnt get it. Like wtf. Didnt even get the full details of my car or the part i wanted. I dont even know what to say.....

Very helpful staff guy I talked to, he really knew his stuff friendly passionate good.

Prices are atrocious eg fuses for instance are 2x price compared to a petrol station down the road and 5x the standard price online

Not a huge store, but they stock most of what you need and have a big warehouse of stock ready to fulfil your order. They can look up part numbers for you which I've found to be very reasonable. Prices are reasonable most of the time.

I was happy with the service at this Repco. The staff member was friendly and helped find the right car lights I needed. They don't have dedicated parking spaces but you might be able to find a place to park on nearby on Rolfe Street.

The Sunday staff today were incredible. Great place, extremely helpful and instead my wiper blades for me in 1min.

Poor stock levels. Very average range. Pricing is hit and miss. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

You have to park in a nearby street and walk to the shop. If you like to have a browse you’d be best going elsewhere as the 6 sets of shelves are underwhelming but the sales staff are fairly knowledgeable

It's ok. Staff appear to be more concerned with discussing their weekends rather than serving customers.

They advertised a price for the CV radio and they did not honour it despite everything being the same and the tag being in front of the box. they said it was not meant to be there. The radios were in a locked cupboard in the back how was the tag not meant to be there. they wouldn't give me the NRMA discount even though there were signs everywhere saying they will give 20% off any full price item. Some staff are very nice but the others are nasty and try to not honour there discounts

After going to super cheap and auto barn and getting no help at all. I went here and Michael was awesome. He knew what he was talking about and my car was fixed the same day!

Truly helpful & courteous staff who were interested in seeing my issue resolved.

Though the could not, on one occasion, provide an article from their catalogue for me the suggested another potential source and asked that I return if they could not assist and they would approach the manufacturer to attempt to source a very odd part
