Amazing results laser

Always,always running late with the appointments!!! So frustrating!!

Onto my third Laser hair removal session & I can already see the results !

This is shitest shop I have ever experienced.

They will gladly take your money and provide you rubbish service!

Cheaters.

Completely regret buying a package here. A few years ago the experience was really good but it was under different management. The service is cold. I am halfway through my treatments and never do any of the staff use manners when calling you or in person. If they are late, they do not even have the courtesy to let you know, they just make you sit there for 20 minutes. There is no music in the rooms while treatment is being done like other clinics. Very disappointed and would never recommend. I cringe going for appointments. In saying that the treatment is working thus far. Though I am going to another clinic for a different area of treatment and they are just delightful! Have music and aren't rude. There are better options out there than this place!

I am shocked .Had face laser treatment yesterday afternoon .today feeling hair follicle like after shaving.

Highly recommend macquarie parramatta clinic! As soon as you walk in, the girls welcome you with such a friendly positive vibe. The girl who did my treatment was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. Definitely walked out of the clinic very happy with the service I got done today :) Will recommend to friends!

Travelled all the way from Canberra for an appointment only to be turned away for treatment because of tinted moisturizer. Thank you for wasting my time, money and effort in travelling down all for which a simple question over the phone could have prevented all my wasted time. Poor customer service. Do not go here.

Every time I go in I wait at at the reception desk to be served and there is never someone there no bell either . I end up leaving

The worst experience ever after my laser tattoo removal! I've been to another place far away in mirranda and they were great no issue. Went to RESULTS LASER CLINIC today because they are closer and ive had the worst aftermath experience of my life. My arm has been bleeding from 11:00am and is still dripping with blood at 7:30pm. I've seen the doctor twice today and am on close watch. I don't get how one laser clinic can do it so well then i try a new well known one and will most likely get the worst scaring. Will NOT be coming back.

My doctor has said not to go back to Results Laser Clinic because he has seen and is managing the results that have come from the clinic and suggested i go back to the one i use to go to because it is worth the distance. If i get scaring i will be taking this further. I have been in absolute pain since 11:05 am.

As my first láser experience, I started with my underarms. The ladies are always kind and offer a great service. The results are amazing. I have now started the Brazilian and after my second session, I am very happy with the treatment.

I went in to see the ladies at Results Laser Clinic Wollongong and was told that my severe acne could be repaired and healed by doing some Chemical Skin Peels and some LED light therapy. My Acne did not improve AT ALL and on my last visit which the Therapist incorrectly gave me a Peel instead of a Microdermabrasion treatment, they tried to charge me for the Peel even though it wasn't my fault. The Manager took a look at my skin and told me I needed another 8 LED light therapy treatments and some more Chemical Skin Peels to start to see a difference. That is just upselling and banking on the fact that I was a desperate Acne sufferer who simply wanted help to clear it up. I was very disappointed with my last visit and had to walk away not even getting the final part of my Pre-paid package which was a Microdermabrasion treatment and Non-surgical Eye lift which I paid for but because of the Therapists error, they swapped the Peel for the Micro. I unfortunately had very high hopes and was very disappointed and share this with people.

Staff consistently run late for appointments without the courtesy of letting you know.

For someone as cautious as myself when it comes to my skin, I was absolutely delighted with this service. The girl working both times I visited was very attentive, she asked to cover my beauty spot and went over my top lip quickly, painfully and CAREFULLY . To her I wasn't just a client, she actually CARED. Major thing in today's world.

I was waxing weekly prior to this, after the laser i don't have to worry about spending money on waxing weekly, the redness or wasting my time each week booking in with beauticians. Not to mention its less painful!
Keep up the good work guys - I will definitely be back for other areas of my body!!!!!!

i got my lip, underarms, brazilian and full legs done. the results are amazing!!!!
being Lebanese background my hairs were thick and black. now my skin is beautiful and smooth.
i couldnt help but read the negative comment about the burning and in Results defense, i myself got burnt during summer because i did not follow the aftercare the girls gave me. i was in the sun and didnt tell them- i got burnt (no scaring). at the end of the day your doing laser, if you dont follow the aftercare the therapist gives you your going to have complications... either that or it was the competiton being nasty writing that comment ;(
