I have been trying different salons in Sydney over the years trying to find 'the one'. Fortunately I found it today and finally have my hairdresser in Sydney.
Florence knew exactly how to handle my hair and textured it perfectly. As I have thick hair it was great to be in her capable hands and have it thinned out.
The salon is friendly and nothing is too much trouble, I even managed to watch a movie! The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. REVO you have yourself a new customer!

I got Japanese hair straightening there by Keina and she was fantastic. She's super friendly and lovely and very professional. However I was slightly late to my appointment due to public transport delays, which are competely out of my control and I was met with an extremely rude and hostile attitude from the receptionist. I have worked in customer service for years and would never dare speak to a customer the way I was spoken to ever. Before I even had the chance to apologise or explain the situation I was yelled at, and even after explaining that the situation was out of my control she continued to be rude with the exact words "It's not my fault either". This doesn't change the amazing service and attitude I received from the hairstylists but it is disappointing for a high quality salon with premium prices.
