Rhodes Family Practice

Great Medical Practice for Everyone!!!, my whole family have been treated by both Wendy and Kevin since 2009. Both doctors have been always helpful, understanding and professional. Unfortunately, most of my self diagnosed illnesses were proven to be wrong by both Wendy and Kevin ;) , which has spoiled a lot of family drama, but i guess a good thing!

I have been a patient of dr’s Kevin and Wendy for almost 10 years, through a divorce, depression, giving up smoking and starting my new family. I have always felt like a valued person. Never just a Medicare patient earning a dollar. It is more than just a gp appointment or doctors orders, but a chat to a friend with calming discussion and a caring ear. Thank you for all your support.

My partner and I have been coming to Rhodes Family Practice (both locations) for nearly a decade and in that time, we have always been welcomed with respect, professionalism and compassion with very little wait time for appointments we previously book and arrived to on time. In a few instances when we were unable to make our originally scheduled appointment, we were accommodated with very little additional wait time or inconvenience after giving them a courtesy call letting them know we were running a bit late. Respect, courtesy and scheduling work both ways and not everyone understands this concept.

Dr Kevin and his amazing fellow doctors and office staff, especially Dr Ng and Amy, are very professional and compassionate making this one of the best medical practices I’ve ever visited in all my 15 years here in Australia. This office rivals most of the better practices in the United States whereas you are expected to pay in excess of $250 USD out of pocket – just for your initial consultation!

We as Australians are very lucky to be afforded national health care giving us access to the specialists (like Rhodes Family Practice) who provide it professionally, compassionately and with little to no money out of pocket.

My partner and I have moved several times since residing in Rhodes (a very beautiful community) over the years. However, we have no compunction to driving back to Rhodes, which is now almost an hour each way, to continue to receive our medical needs from this amazing practice.

Jeeez !!! I Had appointment at 3 pm and I saw dr at 4 pm , the receptionist was so rude ( Megan ) I asked her that I want to talk to ur manager she didn't give me right answer
No one care about ur time
Not recommend this medical center at all !

Since day 1 of my pregnancy she is the one who is looking after me, very accomodating, informative and knowledgeable on what she do. My son is 2 yrs old now and she is still the one who is looking after him. I tried to go to other GP but i didnt experience same service as Dr.Ng is giving us. She is very polite, friendly and nice to kids and adults too. I highly recommend her.

By far one of the more client focused medical centres in the area. Dr Ng and the staff are always friendly and accommodating.

Very professional and courteous front office staff. The wait time for an appointment was minuscule (~5-6 minutes). The doctors were also very understanding and polite. All in all, would definitely recommend.

I have been visiting this practice for over 5 years. I have found excellent service from the receptionist and Dr Kevin. Best doctor I have ever had. He gives you the best possible attention. Going forward, I am hoping he doesnt get stressed out with the workload. Keep it up.

Receptionist is lovely and friendly. But if you don't have a booking good luck getting in when youre sick.

The best and friendliest GP myself and my partner have been to. You hope to not need to visit doctors too often but they make you feel very welcome when you do need to and are very knowledgeable. They make a point of knowing/remembering names too, very good!

Very professional! I would highly recommend Dr. Janice. Will take as much time as required.
