Tried two suppliers for apex boots in UK and Oz with no reply. Rhythm had me sorted out in two emails and boots have been bought from them ($1300 spend).
Customer service great (especially Dan), no dramas, no fuss just great service.

Good experience buying new skis online. I called initially in the afternoon and person was honest enough to say that he wasn't an expert with XC gear and he would get the best person to speak with to return my call first thing the next morning as time was of the essence due to an upcoming trip.
My call was returned at 8am the next morning and as a newbie buying good skis was a bit nerve racking, but Diana was excellent and very helpful. Local stores in Vic didn't have what I needed, but Rhythm did and for a very good price. Will happily order with them again!

Love the store and love the prices. Been going to this store and BP shop for many years and only ever had one issue.
On informing the staff of an issue with a ski boot, I instantly received attitude and an assumption that I wanted a refund. I informed the staff member that I wanted to inform them of the issue only and was met with more attitude. Besides this issue, I returned two days later and spent hundreds more.
If they keep up the good customer service, they'll have more customers like myself.

Got what you need for a some time in the snow. Great rates for clothing hire and open 24 hours so returning it super convenient.

Also they'll help you size your ankle chains and show you how to put them on by request.

Service is always excellent but the place can be packed so it can be understandably slow
