Ribs & Rumps North Ryde

The service and food here is second to none. Would highly recommend getting the 3 racks of pork beef and lamb ribs.
The service was fast and efficient, well run restaurant.

Good drinks variety. Tab option available. Great priced finger food. Loaded fries are a must try. Pulled pork is tender and delicious.

The food was good. Service was good as well. Little pricey for a regular visit. Visited for a official team lunch. Everyone was quite satisfied with food in the end. Do try Buffalo wings.

parking was a real problem,I drove around for 5 minutes, whilst my family waited at the table for fathers day.Parked illegally, asked the counter staff for help, and just told to park illegally. (they could have offered to valet my car very easy)
Not good enough,we wont be back, esp when there were lots of empty spots after hours with locking bollards blocking spots. Easy, get a key and share the spots after hours, and get more customers

The food was great as usual. However, customer service was bad.
Went there for birthday celebration, they messed up 3 of our 5 orders!! For those who got their orders correctly waited for the others to get their right orders, so their food got cold.
To make things worse, our waitress kept trying to remove plates even though we were still eating. When I became annoyed and asked her to leave the plates, she started to give me dirty looks and show what a bad attitude means!!!
I had many good experiences with them in the past, however; it might be under new management or maybe staff are not undergoing proper training.
The manager took a salad and a burger off the bill.
Overall, it was a bad experience where I was not going to take a chance and allow any of the staff to ruin the reminder of our celebration so I took the birthday cake and went to celebrate in another place.

The wings had chicken hair. Food was cold. My son ordered a cheeseburger and it was also cold. The only thing the kids enjoyed was the ice cream.

Delicious steaks, ribs and more. One of the best in the area. Staff are attentive without being annoying. Can't beat the pork ribs.

One of the best ribs places in Sydney. Always have a problem with parking, but quality of food is very good. Slightly expensive.

Ribs came out fast which was good considering the previous time we waited an hour, but got cold very quickly after it came out (considering they opened the window slides for the veranda table). The first few bites were nice, but after 5 minutes it wasn't very nice.
Meal was further ruined when they did not honour the entertainment book despite Saturday not being on the exclusions day list. The manager said due to internal ribs and rumps policy, since they were closed Friday, the exclusion day carried over to Saturday, which I believe is a load of crock.
