They ask many people to come for inspection. After receiving application from tenant they start making auction from email which owner also not aware of. Their post amount and leased amount is vast difference which resembles that this agent is a GOLD DIGGER.

I rented with them for a few years. They are arrogant, rude and treat their customers with no respect. I even had trouble getting my bond back as they did not file the lodge properly. And when you ring them for queries, they are never available and they never call you back and the receptionist is also very rude and uneducated. When they want your money, they try to be nice but when they know you are leaving, they treat you like crap. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. If I have to name names, one of them is "Armando Errichiello", he is very rude and unreliable so be careful before renting/buying anything with this company.

Applied for a rental property at $820 per week, got rejected, on the same day, the same house advertised at $795. Something strange going on there. I think they are trying to loose money for the landlord.

We are really new to the area with minimal knowledge and having to go through an auction process would always meant to be difficult and challenging. But those were all made easy with your open and practical approaches! Over promise & Under deliver - Wouldn’t use this agency to sell your house, they overprice the value of your house, get your business and don’t achieve the price they valued your house at. I have seen this with several other vendors, overpriced the house, and didn’t achieve that price so you sell less than your expectation and reserve. It was a disappointing result when we sold, and wished we used a larger agency with more resources and a larger buyer data base, whilst they try, don’t believe this agency achieves optimum result. We had other agents value our home however went with this one due to the confidence of the house value they gave us, which they didn’t achieve, felt very mislead and disappointed.
