Since its establishment in Campbelltown in 1958, Richardson & Wrench has remained constant. Richardson & Wrench is a name associated with honesty, tradition and old-fashioned service accompanied by the latest technology and marketing concepts, enabling us to be market leaders in our field.

In 2006 our Ingleburn office dramatically increased its presence by merging with one of the area's longest serving names: Forans First National, further expanding our market share and enabling us to provide even higher levels of service.

2012 saw continued growth into Narellan as we merged with long standing local agents Troy Nicholson and Greg Williamson.

We have continued to look for opportunities to expand our footprint and in early 2014 we opened a sales office in Leumeah and followed that with the opening of a new sales office in Mount Annan in early 2015. This increase in size and coverage allows us to offer a high quality, knowledgeable service across the breadth of the Macarthur region.

We have nightly trained and experienced staff specialising in all areas of real estate including Residential Sales, Commercial /Industrial, Property Management, Development and Project Marketing sectors.

With multiple branch offices across Macarthur you not only have the personal service of one agent, you also have five full teams of professional marketing representatives treating your transaction as if it were their own.

Here's a blast from the past from Ye Olde Pictorial - this picture is of Queen St, Campbelltown, in the 1960s. Look at that big wide road. The scene is a long way from the council's new plan to raise building heights to 14 storeys.

We have been tenants with Richardson & wrench Ingleburn for quite a very long time and even though we want to move to a different place (as our place is to small now) we won’t because we want to stay with this real estate as they are always here to help us when we need things done or fixed.
