The team at Rickard Dental Centre are very professional, honest, reasonably priced, caring and have the state of the art dentistry equipment. I was referred to the practice by a friend at work who highly recommended them. I was surprised that the dentist is a medical doctor as well as a dentist so I felt very confident and comfortable with his attitude, knowledge and more than 25 years of experience. I was very impressed with their customer service, the way the dentist treated me and the options that were offered to me. Highly recommended :-)
Went in with infected tooth, no even given anything , a million X-rays for areas not affected , $400 out of pocket for initial visit, only to be told need to pull tooth. Didn't even try to save it.
Waited 1hr and 15min for my appointment and at no point was I even approached by the staff to let me know things were running behind schedule.
I waited at the desk to find out if my appointment was still going ahead.. I felt like waking out after the first 30min but didnt want to be rude.
I should have walked out because the consultation was THE biggest waste of time..
The dentist was very good at explaining every risk involved to the point where you wouldn't want to even go ahead with the procedure and then his pricing was instantly more than double of the 2 other quotes ive had and once i brought that up he wanted to knock off $500 bucks ??
Final comment - dont even bother!
