Sam has trained with the best coaches in Australia and the world, Training with Chris Hazeman, current UFC fighter, Greg Jacksons submission fighting, with training partners such as Diego Sanchez, Nate Marquardt and Kieth jardine, Greg Jackson now has trained UFC unbeatable George St Pierre and Current Light heavyweight champion Jon Jones, with these such credentials, Sam Nest is the Only MMA experienced Coach on the north coast and has a full size fighting cage, large matted floor space, change room and shower facility. We offer specialist classes teaching Kickboxing, Submission and Freestyle Wrestling & Mixed Martial Arts. Great for fitness, Self improvement, Self Defence and meet some great people within the Martial arts realm

Monday:
5: 30pm - 6: 30pm Kickboxing
6: 30pm - 7: 30pm Submission Freestyle wrestling

Tuesday:
5: 00 - 6: 00 Kids Wrestling
6: 15 - 7: 45 Self Defense

Wednesday:
6: 30 - 8: 00 MMA

Thursday:
5: 30pm - 6: 30pm Kickboxing
6: 30pm - 7: 30pm Submission Freestyle wrestling
Friday:
5: 30 - 7: 00 MMA


Individual Prices:
$15 - One class
$25 - Two classes
$30 - Full week (8 hours! )
