Food was fantastic, my husband said it was a little salty for his taste but I enjoyed everything. We loved the sides of potato salad, rice and garlic bread. The customer service was fantastic and the area was clean.

This was my second experience, first time was over a year ago and they had great staff, great food and great dancers. I attended a function on Saturday just gone and this time round I was less than impressed. We had almost 30 guests and drinks took over an hour from ordering to arriving after getting told several times that they were bringing them over. The staff were rude, unapproachable and were constantly running into people without apologising or even caring. There seating was cramped and yet they had several empty table and could have made it easier for guests and staff. In the past I have recommended them but never again.

I am very entertained by the Brazilian Dancers at this restaurant. Their vibrant costumes and their grace with their dances left me star struck the whole night. I love the food, I savor every taste of their Brazilian Churrasco BBQ. I appreciate how the food is being served as an All you can eat Banquet. The staff are very friendly and were able to assist us the whole time. Looking forward to another booking with you!

I'd been to this restaurant couple of times which have been great, always good food and fun. Went along to this one with some family friends, to celebrate a birthday. The place had a buzzing atmosphere and busy, probably what you'd expect from a Friday & Saturday night.

The food was perfect, modest portions and speedy service which always makes for a better evening.

Booked in for my husbands 30th birthday, food was good but show was over an hr late!!! No announcements made so we had to keep asking and they kept saying 5 more minutes for over an hr. Not happy! We had guests that had to go by a certain time that's why I booked at this place so at lease they get dinner and a show, they made heaps with drinks in that time, lucky them. So unhappy and my husband was upset because it's a big birthday for him.
They gave me back $70 out of the $1,035 I paid for the night (not including alcohol) and we had 5-7 guests gone before The show decided to start. Not a happy customer

I rate it average. The customer service was top notch friendly staff and polite to serve. The meat wasn't great for the night as it was extremely chewy and $13 for a jug of soft drink isn't worth it. However, I received a refund of the extra I paid for a Friday night which made me very happy. Overall I would not dine again considering the factors there are better Brazilian buffets out there like Braza that is worth.

We were booked in for Dinner at Rio's on Tuesday 17 October. We were in early and could not fault the service or food. I have 19 and 17 year old Sons who were both full upon leaving and it takes a bit to fill them both. We will definitely be back but next time on a Friday or Saturday night for the entertainment.

I’m Brazilian and the food served at this restaurant DOES NOT represent our cuisine. I wish I had the option of ZERO STAR.

I’ve lived in Brazil for 27 years and have also been to some Brazilian restaurants here in Sydney. Rio is by far THE WORST Brazilian restaurant I’ve been to in all my life. Actually, it’s a SO-CALLED Brazilian restaurant.

From the food to the music, all POOR IMITATION OF THE BRAZILIAN STYLE.
To make matters worse, it’s highly over-priced.

I'd never written reviews before, but after my terrible experience at this place, I felt that I had to warn others.

STAY WAY FROM THIS PLACE!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

Awesome service, delicious food, & drinks. Enjoyed live samba show at cheap price. Thanks Rios..

Very good amount of food that came almost continuously for over an hour and a half. Food quality was great apart from some of the beef was chewy and the fish was rather tasteless. Negative would be the price of the drinks is quite ridiculous. $13.50 for a jug of coke that was mostly ice and $35 for a bottle of wine that my friend valued at about $12. I went there using scoopon vouchers that made admission much cheaper. If we had paid the full price for entry, I do not think it would have been good value. The room has very dated furnishings and there are quite a lot of tables, but they have managed this without it seeming cramped. I didnt pay much attention to the brazillian dancers at the end of the night, but my friends said they were good. Also during the show we were served with baked pineapple and deep fried banana that were a surprise and very tasty.

Reading these reviews would make you think this is a terrible place. But you need to appreciate that this restaurant is not your typical a la carte restaurant. They have brilliant food that comes around all the time. You get small servings because the idea is that you keep grazing on their extensive range of food throughout the night. We were often served by Kit, who was wonderful and fulfilled our every request. I think you need to come here with an open mind. They are offering a style of dining that is very unique and, in my opinion, exciting. We never knew what we were going to try next.

We dined on a Saturday night and had the DJ and dancers. I was more than impressed with the dancers who were actually trained in dancing. The MC really got the crowd growing and set up the remainder of the night to be very energetic.

You have to go to the bar to get your own drinks; there is no table service. But this is because the staff are bringing food around to every table. Nevertheless, the bar staff approach you straight away, even if they're doing something else, to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible. I think it is a small cost for an otherwise awesome night.

All in all, if you came here with expectations from a normal restaurant, you might be let down. But if you come here with an open mind, you will not be disappointed.

Sunday experience. Meat not fresh. Service was lacking good vibe. Please keep it consistent with the quality of meat.
