Rip Curl Market St (Permanently Closed)

Horrible customer service, followed by horrible product quality. Bought a watch that broken within 4 days, after taking it back asking for a refund or replacement I was refused and forced into a repair, which would take 4 weeks. 2 months later and no contact was made to me, I had to chase the watch up myself after multiple phone calls. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS

Very disappointing customer service and lack of goodwill. Would expect some good representation from otherwise expected quality brand. RIP curl.
