About Ripper Tucker
We are roving marketeers with a signature product: grilled New Zealand greenlip mussels on the half shell. We also offer prawns, fish'n'chips, calamari, squid and skewers of lamb and chicken paired with homemade dipping sauces.

We are a Peter & Vicki Bartlett, a Mum and Dad team who are passionate about selling sustainable New Zealand and Australian Seafood. We pride ourselves on fresh, organic and sustainably harvested mussels and prawns.

Sunday - Canterbury Farmers Markets (Canterbury Racecourse)
we also supply ready to grill mussels in four flavours to Restaurants, Cafes, Pubs or private diners!
Our favourite flavours of Greenlip Mussels:
- Garlic. Parmesan and parsley butter
- lemon, capers and dill
- Orange, coriander, mild chilli and garlic
- Medium Chilli and garlic
are all topped with Panko breadcrumbs and Grilled on the half shell.
