The Risk Management Training Organisation (RMTO) is a boutique Work Health and Safety (WHS) training organisation specialising in helping to develop and maintain safer and healthier workplaces through the delivery of practical training programs. Our goal is to enable workplaces to develop their Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) knowledge and help reduce the number of Australians involved in workplace incidents and claiming workplace compensation. Our programs are not limited to one workplace but cover all occupations and industries. All of our training titles can be delivered as e-Learning programs via our e-Learning web site. We may also be able to provide blended learning solutions incorporating both e-learning programs and face to face programs tailored to your needs. The e-learning programs deliver high quality tutorial programs plus a quiz to test the competence each person obtains, all in a cost-effective way. On successful completion of each program and quiz a Certificate of Achievement is issued as a record of their achievement. Course reporting tools and other features are also made available for groups wanting to get greater understanding on their organisations learning development.
