River Boat Queen Description
Magnificent absolute water views, comfortable, well appointed. Sit back, relax, eat drink and be merry and enjoy the views of the water, islands and mountains. Fish from jetty in front of house or hire a boat to fish in river or ocean.
Pets welcome, securely fenced backyard. This is a family property we make use of when not booked so is very homely rather than stark.
Shops, restaurant, pub, swimming pool, park /children's swings climbing equipment etc all within 5 minutes walk. Bowling club 2 minutes drive away. Fairly flat so very suitable for bike riding. Three golf courses 5-10 minutes drive away. 15 minute drive to Culburra's spectactular beaches.
Plenty to do or just laze around and enjoy the fresh country air. The house is perfect for 3 couples and 2 Children. Also wonderful for 3 single friends or 3 couples looking for a peaceful, private and relaxing escape.
Bedding: 3 x Queen Beds, 2 x single fold out beds, 1 x queen blow up on request. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players.
Main House - 1 Queen Room with a side room & wardrobe to fit single fold away bed (or squeeze two fold aways if one moved in from granny flat)
Side Room: 1 Queen Bed (no bathroom, walk to house, huge sliding doors and ocean views)
Granny flat: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Single Fold Away and full bathroom. Queen blow up if requested to extend to a group of 10. Granny flat is a self contained small house but guests generally socialize & eat in the main home.
House highlight - a giant dining table with wrap around water views. Amazing for sitting around eating, playing cards, hanging with friends. There is also a ping pong table and darts in the car port area.
Please note, we have a minimum night stay during school holidays of 5 nights - or 7 nights during Xmas to New Year period.
