Reviews
Today was another first. The first " Safe and efficient blast management " training to be held in the Riverina. We ran the course on behalf of Mine Resilience. The course was developed to help open cut mine supervisors and production managers, manage blasting and understanding the effects blasting has on the environment. The feedback was positive, and the questions were plenty.
great day for a shed session!!

Big month ahead. Head to Goulburn early tomorrow morning to conduct a confined space audit/review for one of Australia's largest quarrying companies, Holcim Australia, I will be working on behalf of Mine Resilience. Should take 3 days. Then Explosives training for Mine Resilience in the middle of the month, takes about a week. Then fork lift training for Western Riverina Community College later in the month. The rest of the year is starting to look busy as well.
Last nights shed session. Good effort by all.
Today's little shed session
Another week done for the Early Birds. Thanks Amy for coming in and having a go. Hope you enjoyed the circuit. Today we mostly used the "Crankit Strap". Engaging our core with every exercise, and isolating a targeted muscle group (Biceps, Triceps, Traps, Lats, Pecks).... Early Birds are back on Monday morning, 5am. Great way to start the week.
