Riverside Central Cafe

Make sure you allow an hour to get coffee on a public holiday whilst waiting for the river cat.
We were there 30 mins before and ordered 2 coffees and missed the ferry because they were very unorganised. Wasn't how we were planning our family day out waiting another hour for the next ferry!!! Not happy!

Since new ownership I have visited three times. On the first occasion I was unimpressed by staff chewing gum with an open mouth and hoped the gum wouldn't end up in my coffee. Second time I was spoken to rudely over the use of light rather than skim milk as I had requested. Third time, sat there for 15 minutes without being served despite only two other tables occupied. Gave this place a chance, but won't be back.

Excellent breakfast. The best in Parramatta. Eggs Benedict and French Toast are particularly remarkable

I just came in for a takeaway dirty chai but the staff were do super friendly and kind. Their vibrant and warming natures really made my day. The coffee was really good too :)

This is a great little cafe beside the river. Good for breakfast. It's not pricey, but the food is really great quality. I have ordered the egg white omlette a couple of times. I loved it each time. The coffee is rich and strong. Food came very quickly. Service was polite.

Had the salad special for the day: Chick peas, roast capsicum, chicken strips....was heavenly! Could you please make it again?! Just called but the lady couldn't tell me if it would be available again :(

I keep coming back. Roma & Aussie classics are my favourite. They'll put beetroot on the steak sandwich-yes. Sandwiches made to order are becoming rare, however Linda will make it for you. Thank you everyone at riverside
