One star is highly rated for Dr Mehdi Zahedpur! I first met him a few month ago when I first became pregnant, and advised that I had chronic fatigue and asked if he had experience treating CFS patients and could help. He had absolutely no interest and told me in the rudest and most arrogant way that this was my problem and I should deal with it and he could only help with pregnancy. As CFS affects pregnancy and conversely, I then looked for a more responsible doctor and found Dr Azouri, in the Queanbeyan GP Super Clinic amazing. Dr Hendry, Dr Raya and Matthews from that clinic are also absolute gems!!! This week, I reluctantly went back to him, as my usual doctor was away and as he was the only one available. I only needed to collect blood results, but he refused to read them as he was not my usual doctor. I explained that my doctor did not have any availability over the next 3 weeks and that I was anxious about those results as they were to measure the level of HCG hormones. After, my first pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage, my usual doctor recommended as soon as I found out I was pregnant again, that I got that test. I explained the whole situation to Zahedpur who could not care less, showed no tact, diplomacy and adopted a condescending and arrogant tone to tell me that this was not his business, that I should go and see my usual doctor. Increasingly distressed, I insisted to get an answer and asked to just know whether my hormone level was going up or down. But he persisted in the most arrogant tone I ever heard and told me that "no one told him what he should do, that he decided whatever he wanted to do and that if he did not want to read those results then I should go back and see my usual doctor." I was nearly in tears when I left. I went back to reception, to try to see another doctor, and explained that all I need is someone to have a look at the test and tell me whether the hormones were going up. The first receptionist had not interest and pass me on to her colleague who could not understand a thing. I had to re-explain what I needed 3 times, in front of a room full of waiting patients and eventually she said that she could not fit me in. I explained that it would take a few seconds, that I already waited for the first doctor who was rude and unwilling to help but again no assistance was found there and instead she said that she could only give me a appointment in a few days, forcing me to go back. I asked her confirmation that if I accepted to come back I would not have the same issue with an egomaniac doctor who is unable to accept that sometimes we have to see different doctors and would accept to read my test. She could not confirm. In my experience bulk billing practices have been fairly terrible but this one is probably the worst.

You're better off going to a doctor you pay, they seem to treat you more like a human being rather than a number. This practice is a waste of time.

Dr tempi is great like his service and I never had any issue with front desk great people great service

The reception were relatively friendly, but Dr Thampi obviously had no interest in getting to the bottom of my symptoms. Despite the fact that these have been ongoing for a year, he quite insensitively, and almost aggressively palmed me off while not even stopping to look at the symptoms. Would not recommend this doctor.

Doctor Fowosere is a very dispondent, arrogant doctor! Seen him a couple of times, very unpleasant experience. If you live in Queanbeyan my advice would be to see a bulk billing doctor in canberra.

What an abhorrent receptionist on duty today ! She certainly got out of bed the wrong side . Her attitude was nothing less than condescending. I went with my daughter who was quite unwell, but after the way this girl on the desk snarled at my daughter and yelled our business out in front of the other clients I shall never return there. Normally a receptionist at a Dr's office if genuinely nice and polite but this girl looked like she had rolled out of the Salvation Army reject shop with her tardy appearance and foul manner. Surely there are other caring and professional people out there that would be better suited to such a position instead of this Troll from South Park.
