It may be 23km's from the peninsular to this joint but, at least there's parking and a Subway next door. The Gosford Service One should be moved or closed as 4 parking spaces is ridiculous. Bring back Woy Woy RTA/Service One or what ever you want to call it.

I am extremely Unhappy with the service, I visited more than 4 times for one simple thing. Everyone seems to be on their own with no attitude to serve people

Was great when they first opened with extended hours but then they thought it would be a good idea & ruin it by shortening the opening hours so don't expect to get out of here in anything less than an hour or more for the simplest of task in slow times or much longer in peak.

Whenever I have visited the RMS in the last two years I have experienced curteous, competent staff giving efficient and helpful service.

Clearly states that this is open today.
Drove all the way from Wentworth Point to come here!!! You rely on google to be correct!!
I'm here with about 10 other people who also checked the site saying it was open today!
Get it right you guys!!

Staff are great, well organised. Some waiting, but no more than previous RTA waits.
