Rocco rocks the house. Friendly, knowledgeable,prompt, and great value. The rubber toppers he placed on my new English leather sole Loakes are fantasitc and I can't even tell it's on there. I was hesitant to put anything on them but after talking to Rocco he put me at ease by happily explaining how it worked.
Oh, and he's the sort of human that brightens your day after seeing his smile.
Over all a feel good experience. 5 out of 5 calf skin Loakes.
