- kettle bells level I and II
- weight lifting /Barbell
- IAPC body building, body sculpting (International academy of physics conditioning)

About me:
I have x years experience as a personal trainer and I have won multiple Gold & Bronze INBA Bikini Competition Medals – Southern Cross, Sydney & NSW Nationals. I have a Cert II & III in Fitness, kettle bells level I & II and Reiki therapy level I and II.

I am also a mother, which gives me a unique insight into the needs of my pre and postnatal clients.
