Many studies found that many Chinese international students grapple with a new culture and new education system for the first few years. Their struggles reflect in their poor academic performance, social isolation, and cultural adjustment. In the past, students, professors and recruiters tend to blame the International students for 'not reaching out' to the locals. Unfortunately, universities and local students have achieved little in helping them out. Rock Splosh Education (水滴教育) strives to provide practical courses and learning materials for Chinese International students. Our mission is providing a smoother transition into the new system, equipping the students with solid English and Australian cultural background, encouraging the students to go beyond their potential. Rock Splosh is named after an old Chinese proverb, 'with persistence, even water can cut through rock.
