Rockdale City Kia

Two weeks already I can't get a quote for regular maintenance. Three emails and two online inquiries and no answer. I received just booking confirmation, but how much it will cost is a mystery. Absolutely unprofessional. Are they really an official dealer?

Buying my car at KIA Rockdale was a great experience the staff including Anya, Tim and Wes who were all helpful and informative made it easy. I would highly recommend the team at KIA and I love love love my new KIA Cerato GT.

Amazing customer service from Fred (I believe he is a service account manager). I had issue with brake reverse spring.. After I went there he took the ownership and fixed the issue very quickly.

He is amazing human and he has excellent customer service.

Was just having a browse for a new car and liked the MY19 Kia Cerato. Looking at the variants we liked the Sports Plus variant. The price was not right so we left. The very next morning we get a call from the salesperson with a new offer. We decided to go ahead with the car, but had to wait "2 weeks" for the car to be delivered from the factory in South Korea. 3 weeks pass and still no car and lack of contact from the dealer. Thankfully we were given a loan car while our car was getting ready. I recommend only to buy a car that is in stock from the small fleet in this dealership and strongly advise you not to order a car from this dealership. Overall, there are many other dealerships which are better in all aspects. KIA in general is a great brand and we are very happy with our new car just disappointed with the service from this dealership.

The team where great , joe was super friendly and helpful and guided me through the process as i had only just passed my test , buying first car and first time financing something . Super helpful and patient sales team supporting a first car buyer like myself through the process. I purchased my first car (Kia Rio 2017) from Rockdale City Kia with the help of Joe who was super hepful and friendly throughout the whole process despite the fact that I showed up armed with a fixed and non negotiable budget and list of requirements. He not only allowed me to do 2 test drives in this small budget car but also gave driving tips along the way even helping out during the handover, delivery day. Joe's friendly professionalism made the process a delightful experience and made me consider Kia as the brand for me in the future.
