My mum recently bought a Mazda CX-5 with this car dealership and it was the best decision she had made all year! Our car salesperson Robert was absolutely amazing, always seeking new ways to inform and help us get a good deal. Robert was so passionate, we could really tell he wanted to help us get the best deal we could and he certainly did!! Anyone looking to buy a Mazda or any car in fact need to visit this store, customer service is really top notch. My family and I had a great experience with buying our brand new Mazda 3. Jason H. was extremely helpful and provided us with a lot of information, advice and understanding to best suit our needs. His friendly attitude and ability to go above and beyond to assist us with the purchase and getting to know him genuinely made it a great experience. Michael P. was also very helpful and patient with the logistics and financing arrangements and really took the time to go through all the necessary details to make sure we understood everything. I bought a Mazda 2 Maxx from Robert. He was very friendly, helpful, and was able to answer our questions. I purchased a car on the day because he was able to explain our options and give us a good deal. Everyone at Rockdale Mazda was keen to follow up with us and make sure we were happy with the process.

I will try to explain in shortly but if you need more details please contact me. I bought Mazda 2 genki since March for my birthday present. And I really excited when I pick up the car after been waiting and been cancel for several times from the dealer. To be honest I really excited on that day and didn't concentrate much with Paper work and I thought everything will be fine as I trust them. Financial guy try to sale me about extra warranty and couple things so I decided to took it. When I get home I been through all the paperwork and I was curios.
Now the issues is Firstly , why do I have to pay for all the dealer fee $1,169 on top of the price that we were agreed with and no one mention anything. And secondly the sales said all registration, license plate and insurance it will be no charge. But why did they charged me another $1800 on top of the price. So I contact them back straight away to find out but seem like since you walk out from them, that's it!!! you will get nothing back. Please explain if I misunderstand, I really disappointed and feel they took advantage from me with no experience buy the first car. I put deposit $5000 seem like paid for nothing, it just for your fee and your service. I been asked many people and everyone said the same things ,that everything will be include with drive away price. So where is my money!!!!

The review is for Byron in particular who works in the servicing department. Absolutely deserves a 5 star. I needed an urgent service for my Mazda, a few others I spoke to from Mazda and external to the organisation could not give me an indication on how much they would charge me nor encouraged to assist me. Byron not only provided me with great service, he had great knowledge around my Mazda 3 & took care of the vehicle with efficiency and great communication. He was genuine and helpful. He was also very honest in how much it would cost & did not give me the run around. I will be recommending him to every other Mazda owner. Thank you!

I negotiated at good deal on my Mazda during the end of financial year sales. Robert was really good spending time talking to my wife and I. Robert was busy but was always talking to us while running around and keeping us informed. We also pushed hard on the price however Robert was always professional. It was nice dealing with Robert as well as the sales manager George.

Picked up our new car today from Rockdale Mazda. From the first time we visited to look at the car until it was delivered to us today, everyone was friendly, helpful, courteous and ready with any info we needed. We bought from Tony who was amazing! He was always available to speak to us regarding any queries and got back to us immediately with a response if he needed to check scheduling etc. From visiting some of the other Mazda showrooms near us, we felt Rockdale were the most committed to trying to sell us a car we were happy with, but at no stage did we feel pressured to buy the car - a tricky balance to strike, but Tony was A1. Had some good laughs with him too :)

I was after a Mazda 3 SP GT, George , i think he is the sales manager, has been extremely patient and helpfully, although we COULD NOT reach the deal at the end, i really appreciate the time and efforts he had put into.
