Great dealership, got a great deal, no pressure to buy and got the colour we wanted rather than being pushed to into what is in stock like the first Nissan dealership we visited and really looked after my Joel and Andrew, would really recommend.

When my husband and I were looking for a car, we came across Dennis (Rockdale nissan) who was more than willing to go above and beyond with all of our needs, and he had a wonderful attitude and smile on his face the whole time. We cannot say how thankful we are that he came through for us on our dream car. I've never come across a more friendly sales assistant.

I went to the NISSAN dealership Rockdale for the 2nd time yesterday, with a very clear agenda "to buy the car."
A bit of back story, I had already test driven the car and was in the stage of making the final buying decision. I was in GoldCoast last weekend and was called every day by the salesman at Nissan Rockdale to negotiate hard on the price.
We even agreed to stretch our budget beyond our threshold and was advised by our salesperson come to the dealership when we are back in Sydney to negotiate further.
When we were at the dealership, the salesman who was just two weeks old in the system was forced haggle over the price back and forth from his manager's cabin. At one point he asked us for our credit card to show our commitment to buy, which was interesting as we sitting there in person was not enough. His manager didn't even bother to come out of his cabin and try to sway us. Or share his opinion, ask for our views, develop a rapport or showcase how the car is great value for money it seemed that he was either not confident about the the brand or his ability to negotiate or just not cared about a prospective new customer.

His loss, we went to the Ford dealership next door and bought our brand new Ford Escape, which I did test drive last week and quite liked both the person selling the car and the car.The salesperson at Ford was the main manager he had no airs about himself, was confident about his brand and no hesitations in giving us value for money. Not hard on negotiating the price but the benefits it offered. We even got extra features installed in the car like front sensors and tinting etc.; he is in all a great person. "People will always remember how you make them feel..." Nissan Rockdale gets your act together, in a highly competitive car market, this attitude will not serve you for long. It's a minus rating from me.

Have to say that I was extremely happy with the service not just with the Nissan staff but especially Fady , who is extremely professional, pleasant and provided the price and satisfaction I would not expected from another dealer, 10 +++ to Fady ...thank you so much and it was a pleasure to deal with you :-)
