Every Sunday you will find us popping-up in Lane Cove Public School Food & Farmer's Market. Every 2nd Saturday of the month we pop-up in North Sydney Markets.

Mission Control has selected David and Fed as the crew to ignite coffee drinkers with great coffee, optimism and an exhilarating experience.

David: Fuel Engineer – Head Barista
David is our Fuel Engineer and is in charge of Rocket Fuel’s exclusive blend ‘Kapow’… a bit of a nutter. He has drunk so much coffee and has been for too long behind the espresso machine that he thinks he’s “an extension of the machine”; which we quite like. David is focused and passionate about serving our coffee drinkers a brew that is exhilarating and that will make them happy.

Fed: Pilot & Mission Commander
He’s another nutter. Fed thought one-day espressos were giving him superhero powers such as telepathy. In reality he was only remembering what his customers drink. Due to his experience in the industry and eye to detail he’s been commanded with managing the operations of Rocket Fuel and lead the crew to the successful delivery of top customer service and hospitality.

Guest Pilot - Barista & Machine Operator
As more happy coffee drinkers get on board Rocket Fuel trains and bringing experienced baristas who are acquainted with La Marzocco 2 Lina (our espresso machine) to assist in serving a high volume of Kapow blend whilst enticing everyone’s taste-buds.

The Kapow Blend - Coffee To Power Up
The Kapow Blend is our igniting fuel! Rocket Fuel's own roasted coffee which brings together beans carefully selected to power up and enthuse our coffee drinkers. We select beans based on what's best in season (Ethiopian, Indonesian, Kenyan, Brazilian. . . you name it). Currently the Kapow Blend includes three coffees that balance well with a chocolatey, caramel flavour and forest fruit acidity that certainly will shoot you to the moon!

Rocket Fuel is served at our pop-up espresso bar along with some single origins we offer from time to time. The Kapow Blend is also available in 250g and 1kg packs as full beans which we can grind for you on the spot.
