To begin with was was quite pleasant and straight forward. Samantha would answer every call and was very helpful with questions regarding cars they use. That was until deposit was taken. Once they took deposit they wouldn't answer my calls. I'd call the 1300 number and it takes you throught to an answering service where know one can help you. Very poor customer service. I don't recommend this company as they will only cause you stress. I began to think they were not going to turn up on our wedding day. They cannot even show you there cars before hand.
They dont even have a show room. Fortunately they did turn up. Got us from A to B. Please do your research before booking with these people. Your wedding preparations should be smooth sailing not left wandering if you have been ripped of or not.

These people have a contact by the name of Hunter Muir who has rated our company along with other other reputable wedding cars companies giving us a 1 star rating. It's funny that the same person has got married 3 times in the last 5mths and rated Rolls Royce Sydney hire 5 star. Please take some time to read to bad reviews from real customers and ignore the 5 star reviews as they are also family and friends that know the owners.

This company serviced our Wedding Day I can not fault them. Great from start to finish. Amazing viewing, just what we wanted. They provided everything to us, beverages, snacks, mints, cuff links! Great service guys, thank you! I can not thank you enough

We enquired about their cars for our upcoming wedding. We scheduled in an appointment to view the cars in their showroom, only to have them cancel on us last minute. About a week later they called to apologise and we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for another time to view the cars. Only this time we showed up at the address they gave us at our scheduled time and nobody was there. We called all numbers, texted and sent an email and we were ignored. After several calls, a man answered to say somebody would just call us back later.. they never did. When we showed up at the address it looked extremely dodgy, it looked as if something just wasn't right with this company. We gave up 2 weekends in a row to make sure we had time to view the cars, only to be ignored by the owner. If thats how you treat people before they've even handed money over then I definitely won't be taking the risk on my wedding day. Disgraceful service.
