The Hair and Beauty Salon is owned and managed by Ronda Helou. Ronda’s passion for hair and beauty commenced when she began her apprenticeship at the age of 16. Whilst studying she worked at welln regarded Salons in the City and Bankstown where she developed her practicallexperience.

In 1992 Ronda decided to start her own business, which strived on client satisfaction and her quest to nurture young apprentices with the high standard she upheld. She built the business from the ground-up. The humble beginnings of the business started in the family garage, where she established a loyal clientele.

By 2004 the business was one of the pioneers in hair straightening products such as Keratin and Protein Hair therapy. Innovation became synonymous with Ronda’s Hair Designs as she became a regular candidate at Hair and Beauty exhibitions around Australia.

In 2006 Ronda’s ‘hard work pays off’ motto earned her the Arabic Business Women Award, which was a great honour and privilege.

Currently Ronda’s Hair and Beauty employs over 8 apprentices a year and is still driven by Ronda's passion for client satisfaction and her quest to nurture young apprentices with the high standard she upholds. Her services have grown from a just the typical blow dry as the business provides services in the latest IPL hair and pigmentation laser, Fat reduction machines, Microdermabrasion and Botox – a complete beauty and hair service.
