Always eaten with Ronnie's have been quite happy with the service and quality of pizza.
Since new renovations quality has slipped.
Ordered tonight pizza was dry and overcooked, took 1hr and 20mins near say they'd forgotten the order! Took a follow up phone call to be told after waiting this long 'it was leaving the shop now'. From shop to home is a 5 min delivery turnaround.
Disappointed in both Ronnie's and MenuLog - ordering online and this happens. Never again!

Pizza was cold and so was the garlic bread. Yukkk

I'm done with ordering home delivery from these guys. I live 10 minutes away and im yet to receive an online order within 1.5hrs of ordering it!
Very Slack service.

Here is the timeline of the worst takeaway experience I have ever had...
6:14pm - completed order on menulog
7:43pm - Called to see if food is on it's way as my 3 year old was very hungry. Confirmed address and was told driver should be there any minute.
8:10pm - Called again because we are now very hungry! To be told.... 'you gave us the wrong address" then after some investigating on their end...(after I told them I had the menulog email with the right address) "sorry we made a mistake and your order has not been made yet"
8:42pm - Food arrives looking like the pizza has been smashed against a wall (photo attached).

If you have the choice.... Don't ever go here!

I will not be ordering from them any more. The last 2 times we have ordered from them, the food has taken over 1.5 hrs to come & was cold when I asked the young man when he took the order was assured that I would get it within the hour no such luck this time it was worse than the last time
