How is this for a blast from the past? 1961 Humber towing a Franklin caravan. Picture sourced from vintagecaravans forum. Have you got any Humber related news clippings, photos or ads from back in the day? If so we would love to see them!

Will we be seeing you there this Sunday?

Hoping to see a great turn out on the day of both cars and spectators!

We are all set for the Annual Roundup on Sunday 8th Oct. Checked out the venue today and its looking good. Just need to fill it with cars and get lots of spectators, We wont be put off by predictions of "Showers" as after all they are English cars and made for the conditions. Will have Daimlers and Studebakers at the same venue to add some variety. If you reading this and interested come on up.

Ok so they are not Rootes cars but still its a great effort and addictive to watch.

Spot the Humber! A 1963 Humber (straight off the factory line) was used for adhesion testing at Lake Eyre leading up to Donald Campbell's land speed record attempt in his Bluebird. In several of shots on this clip you can see the Humber in the background.
