Rosebay is supposed to be a community. The male owner was disgusting we bought $40 worth of flowers and $40 worth of floral foam. The next day we discovered we had alot of foam already so we decided to return the foam. This turned into a 40min experience from hell where the owner overtly ignored us. It required me to stand in the door for him to finally hand over our valid and reasonable refund. Please go to

PS the staff at rosebay florist are very nice sadly the the management are terrible unfriendly people.

I have been going her for years and find the staff helpful and friendly.
