The Family Partnership sells a professional domestic cleaning service. The initial quote and initial service are provided by the two owners of the business who focus on service diversification, family orientation, and security of well-being. Purchasing environmentally friendly cleaning goods and having a focus on detail are two of the most important elements RCS must deliver to the customers as it builds on the business’s competitive advantage and goodwill.
The business had a humble commencement where one of the owners invested the majority of their total income (saved and disposal) into the start-up of the business, one afternoon, and took the risk; as external pressures were mounting.
The business has now been running for more than 10 years and currently expanding, employees work effectively and efficiently – constantly trained and monitored (trustworthy), we are fully insured, we employ environmentally friendly-cleaning products, the security and well being, and attention to detail encompasses our service as we strive to meet the needs of both our clients and potential customers.
