Rouse Hill Town Medical Centre

We moved interstate, and so signed an authority with our new medical practice to request a copy of my wife's records. In parallel we did the same for mine but requested it from Castle Towers Medical Practice. My records were sent within two business days.

My wife's records from Rouse Hill - not such good service. After the paperwork being sent twice. another six weeks and unreturned messages to the practice manager by our new doctors, and us personally, she told us she was waiting for our new address, yet she had made no attempt to request this information from our new doctors.

She said that once she had received our new address (not from me), she would send an invoice to us by post (email not an option). Once the invoice for $25 was paid, then she would request the records from archive. Archive? - we were last there less than a year ago.

The more I tried to explain the urgency the more frustrating and obstructive she became. She went on to say that 6 weeks is not unusual for medical record copies, refusing to hear the Castle Towers did the the same thing in two days.

Terrible waiting times, Love to go to Beaumont hills family practice rather that this junkyard. I once had to wait here for 3 hrs! I recommend not to come here, GO TO BEAUMONT HILLS FAMILY PRACTICE

There are some great doctors here. Reception staff is very rude and ill mannered. They talk to you as if they are doing you a favour. One two occasions I requested the reception staff not to yell. Also the messages left for the doctor were not conveyed. Reception staff in general lacks personal touch in their engagements with patients. A little bit of politeness and smile goes an extra mile.
It's a shame they don't invest in some customer service training and front of house practice management skills.

Please do not visit here. They are all about profit. Theres often 20-30 patients waiting between 3 doctors. 1-2hr wait is normal. The doctors will give you panadol or antibiotics without actually diagnosing anything. The receptionist blatantly lie and say anything to get you to wait. Close this place down!!

Chose your doctor of your choice or first available both options available.
I always find staff great here. Especially Dr Tadi. He is a credit to his profession.
Most of the other doctors are good.
Small wait time most of the times but well worth it.

Would rate 0 stars if possible.
I understand that when you attend a medical center you must wait your turn.
However it is beyond a joke when you have been advised 1 hour wait and you are still waiting 2 and a half hours later, and other people that have arrived after you are seen before you.
When you ask reception how why people are called in that arrived after you there answer is simple. We cannot control that!

Had a medical urgency at 9 weeks pregnant - I was so scared and had no idea what to do. My work drove me here as open late and do not need an appointment. My coworker advised the reception staff my situation and they immediately put me into the treatment room (as consult rooms were full) and had a doctor attend to me straight away. I had bloods taken, full exam and booked in for an urgent ultrasound first thing the next morning at a nearby imaging centre.
I have been there before for other issues/illness and yes the wait time is HUGE (as common pretty much everywhere these days) however they acted immediately when I had a real emergency situation and can not praise the staff enough for that.

Was told will be 15 minutes to see a Doctor. Waiting over an hour.

Advise, setup a visual guide that shows who the next patient is. I keep having to go up to check if I have been missed.
