Royal Hospital For Women

I recently had to visit the hospital for an unexpected visit and surgery. My experience on the day was second to none. The staff were caring, considerate and incredibly helpful, that included the admin, support staff, nurses and all doctors. I am so grateful for their help, professionalism and support.

Really bad!!! Worst reception staff We've ever experienced in the gynocology department and at the pregnancy clinic. My poor partner had a really bad experience from the very first visit to the hospital. It's never improved and she still gets disgusting treatment 1 year later after a very tough birth with many errors and came out with some serious issues. There's a don't care attitude there that needs to be addressed. I really wish we'd gone private as we've heard so much better reports from friends who paid the extra money. We're gutted!

The Asian customer service at the diabetic pregnancy area is very rude. She is keep saying i don't want to pay i don't want to pay without knowing what the issue is. We are the same asian but i feel shameful with this lady because she is a very rude person. I have been seeing her for about 10 times until now and she only being nice to me once.

Absolute madness there. Staff have no idea of their products. People lining up all over the place, wayyyy over priced, and everything is too hard for their "chef" Mario. I'd rather go to the one in prince of wales hospital. Food was decent though so I'll give them that, but coffee was consistently burnt. On my boycott list now.

The public hospital to get into...If yer of pregnant n live in the area..... Otherwise forget yer chances...The teaching hospital for UNSW medical course

We have been to the early pregnancy department and every time had a very poor explanation on how thing are going to be. What type of scan we need to do, how long the results will take to come back etc... ending booking an appointment 3months in advance with a specialist but Now the appointment is coming it's too late to do the ultrasound! Need to wait an other 3 months to do the test. And it needs to be done during a certain time of the cycle, nobody explain that before!
Thank you but, no!! After going into very hard time, we now need to deal with poor services. Can't wait to be under real professionals doctors and staff in France.

On Wednesday 9th November I came in for a hysterectomy. From the front desk staff to the theater staff and the special nursing staff in the Macquarie Ward I experienced kindness, compassion and professionalism. I am so grateful to live in a country that cares so much for its citizens .

There is a patient in there right now that because of a stuff up hasn't had her evening meal in two days!! Appalling food and appalling food service. This patient needs their nutrition which they are not getting. Needs to lift game.
