User

Nothing special.

User

Ok place for a night stay. Clean and maintained. There was a lot of noise from the bar/bristo during night almost till 2 am in the morning. Might not go back there again for that reason.

User

I stayed here. And enjoyed the food. And the Friday night dance party. Amazing.

User

Excellent food, rooms were excellent and beds were very comfortable. Restaurant on premises served very good food which was very appetizing.

User

Frozen angus burger patty. Nice view of country

User

Great pub! Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff bend over backwards to accommodate & very generous.

User

Great atmosphere trivia on Wednesday night karaoke on Thursday nights and bands Friday and Saturday night

User

Nice establishment to get wrecked at on a friday night, shame its the mountains no decent birds aye.

User

highly flexibel and friendly, excellent beer and food.

User

Decent beer and facilities. Touch on the expensive side

User

Nice pub, decent food. Little bit pricey.

User

Great for a quiet drink or a feed. Friendly staff. Could use a bit of a spruce up but it's a good pub.

User

2 for 1 meals on Sunday are great value and good quality. Nice outdoor beer garden with big screen for sport. Handy to bus stop.

User

Every time I go for a feed I aim to try something different. But the last 5 times it's been steak, steak and steak. Best medium rare steak I have had

User

Nice friendly pub located next to Top Ryde centre. The steak is always nicely cooked. Also they have two for one on Sundays. Best place to watch UFC when it's live. Highly recommended.

User

I was very pleased with this place, although they could make it more kid friendly

User

Good place for a beer before the movies at top ryde.

User

Local pub, good food but pricey for an average bar. Super uncomfortable chairs for dining.

User

Dirty corner pub.. Im sure it's good with the locals

User

Lovely staff. Delicious, juicy, well portioned burgers. Nice interior design. Would definitely be back if it was in Canberra!

User

Great pub food, bar is comfortable and the staff are brilliant. My glass is never empty long at the Royal.

User

We avoid the servo at yass and do a pit stop on our travels into the Royal for a scotch fillet cooked to perfection. The kids demolished their food everytime. The pepper sauce is good ☺

User

Average food at above average prices. Not how I remember classic pub food. The staff are friendly though.

User

Good food good beer

User

Best pub in narromine ....Try the tbone😏

User

Friendly owner. Nice food.

User

Absolute horrible service. I ordered ONE cheese pizza in the medium size and it seriously took 45 minute to get to us. I spent 16 dollars on that pizza and that money could of been spent at dominos where I could of got 3 pizza which would be done in like 20 minutes maximum. Really not happy

User

A good budget accommodation. Clean and tidy. The Pizza in the restaurant was alright as well.
The mattress on the bed was a bit hard but for the money it was ok.

User

Unexpected overnight stay. Such a great vibe in the pub. Perfect place to put the head down after a big day. Local hospitality a treat. Top place... Thanks Rob

User

Great food nice staff

User

User

Great accommodation and very helpful staff, Thankyou

User

Service was wonderful ( good old fashioned country people). Food was amazing and prices were well worth it. Recommend this to all passing through. Thank you to Barry and Pat for their hospitality.

User

Good food

User

We stay there often for our dirt rides. Great accommodation, superb meals, nice cold beer and the friendliest publican you will ever meet.

User

Short and simple menu, but food is really good.

User

Nice cold beer & a trip through time, thats how this wonderful place feels

User

Very friendly staff and punters. This pub has a unique charm that you can't find anywhere else. It's a slice of paradise

User

Excellent country pub dating back to the 1800's

User

Friendly locals, pub still looks the same after my 25 years I’ve been going. Nic nacks and photos all over the walls a real classic place.

User

The most historic beer I have ever had. Circa 1851

User

Charming old school pub with great food and awesome staff. Highly recommend stopping by.

User

Was good fires and lounge for relaxing. The food was OK. The rooms were OK to sleep, nothing fancy. Enjoyed it

User

Very friendly publican, great looking pub. Food was top notch and very quick, service was excellent. The entertainment was a little fowl (curious chicken).

User

Extremely hospitable. Great value.

User

Great local pub atmosphere. Good food. And if you aren't driving and need warming up, try the"Fireball"

Clean rooms, if basic, but you won't spend time in the room when you have the roaring fires in the lounge and bar

User

What a little gem. The rooms are cozy and quiet. Dinner in the pub was a treat. Treat the locals with respect and they will remember you 20 years down the line.

User

Very nice meal good price and good friendly service. Exactly what a good pub should be

User

Nice room above the pub everything was as expected or better. People were very friendly and fantasic value for the price with a last minute booking.

User

Good cheap hotel.. Very nice, simple and clean. Excellent location. The staff are friendly and helpful. A bit noisy during the night, because our room was beside the staff room /laundry.

User

Great pub food, generous, well cooked, warm fire and dessert was well executed.

User

I ordered a mixed grill. When it finally arrived there was no chicken on my plate...naturally I took it back and camly asked were it was. The chef did apologised, however when it finally came back for the second time the bacon was thicker than the T- bone steak.
I considered chewing on my thong (or Jandals for our Kiwi firends...its cold enough Im sure there are some reading this), than the supposed medium steak...or wad that a minute steak? The egg was still raw...it must have come straight from the chicken to my plate...this makes me think, which came first, the chicken or the egg... Ask the chef!

I actually give this 1.5 stars, however Google Review makes me round up.

User

good staff but the rooms where bad no heaters they did not turn it on thank god for the electric blanket wife did not like getting up to go down the corridor at night to go to toilet but for $70 what more do u want .

User

Nice cold beer and decent accommodation

User

The most amazing lunch i have had
I can not recommend enough.

User

Our 3rd time at The Royal Hotel Oberon for lunch in 3 months and it won't be our last! Food, ambience and staff all get 5 stars from both myself and my husband. From the moment you walk through the door it becomes obvious this old pub has retained it's character from earlier days and the warmth not only comes from the open fireplaces or the excellent variety of delicious meals. It is the special welcome that comes from the delightful staff that makes a visit to this hotel special. Thank you Lucy, Lee and Megan. Oh, must mention the dessert....the best Tiramisu I've ever tasted!

User

Great restaurant with great counter lunches at good prices. Also has evening meals of top quality. Friendly staff. A open fire - very warm and inviting in winter

User

Thursday night is locals Steak Night... Best steak and etc's I have seen. $15.00 a meal. Just about ever ylocal was there. My fiend had a mixed grill(photo) could get through it. Stayed overnight $40.00 Great Pub but accommodation is for single males (as in ''star'' rating ) Inside pub great.
